Does Mellow TV come with channels?

No. It plays TV sources you already have: an M3U playlist (link or file), a single stream link, or an Xtream-compatible login from your TV provider. Only add sources you are allowed to watch.

Where do I start?

Open the app and choose “I'm setting it up for someone else”. Pick a 4-digit PIN, then tap “Add a TV source” and “Choose channels”. Tap each channel to give it a name and a photo. Tap Finish and hand the phone over.

How do I change the channels later?

On the home screen, tap “Settings for family” at the bottom and enter your PIN.

I forgot the PIN.

The PIN can't be recovered. On the PIN screen tap “Forgot the PIN?” to delete everything on that iPhone and set it up again.

A channel says it isn't working.

Mellow TV already tried again three times. Check that the source still works (for example in Safari), that the TV subscription is active, and that the phone is online. Then tap “Try again”.

Can I try it without a TV source?

Yes. In Settings for family, tap “Try with sample channels”. It adds four short test streams we made.

Does the call button cost anything?

It opens the iPhone's normal phone call to the number you entered, like calling from Contacts. Your usual phone rates apply.

Is it free?

Yes. No ads and no in-app purchases.
