1. What the App is

Mellow TV is a simple player for older viewers. A family member adds TV sources (M3U/M3U8 playlists, stream links or Xtream-compatible accounts) and chooses which channels the viewer sees. The App comes with no channels, playlists or subscriptions, apart from four short sample streams made by us for testing.

2. Your sources and your responsibility

Only add and play sources you are legally allowed to access. We do not provide, host, sell, recommend or link to TV content and do not control the servers you connect to. Do not use the App to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.

3. Licence

The App is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to it; if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.

4. Not an emergency service

The “Call” button starts an ordinary phone call to the number entered by the family member. It is not an emergency or monitoring service.

5. No warranty

Playback depends on the source, its format, the server and the connection. The App is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.
